Fundamentals Development Center is now accepting BlueCross BluesShield. We also are a private-pay out-of-network center. However, we provide our patients and families a Superbill (itemized receipt). You can submit the Superbill to your child’s insurance for potential reimbursement. We recommend reaching out to your insurance provider to learn about their reimbursement procedures with out-of-network providers.

Fundamentals Development Center is located in the Nashville/Antioch area of Tennessee. We provide services in our clinic and through tele-therapy. School visits are also provided depending on the location and permission granted by your child’s school.
